Blue Water is an award-winning custom swimming pool and backyard environments company established in 1987. For well over thirty years, our company has built projects ranging from custom backyard spas and outdoor living areas to extraordinary, top-of-the-line swimming pools. Our recipe for success is simple: stunning and creative designs, a talented staff, excellent supervision, and extraordinary service. We are a proud recipient of dozens of design and construction awards along with our industry’s recognition as one of the best in the country.
We take great pride in our professional staff. Our team is made up of individuals who possess an innovative design style, top-notch professional construction skills, scrupulous attention to detail, and ability to foster great relationships with our customers, contractors, and vendors. We sincerely believe that our people are among the best in the business.
Blue Water Pools is the premier choice for swimming pools, spas, waterscapes, water features, and fountains, as well as disappearing edge pools and Gunite pools. That’s because each of these disciplines requires extensive experience and talent, and specialized equipment to build.
That’s what Scott Spear and Michael Pare bring to the project. Outstanding, award-winning designs, and meticulous attention to detail in the construction process.
With over 40 years of experience with concrete pools, our designers and craftsmen are among the best in the industry. Let our team of visionaries bring creativity, sophistication, and long-term enjoyment to your backyard living environment.
There is a great deal of art involved in creating your ideal pool, spa, or waterscape – and you are at the heart of the design process. We’ll start by discussing your choice of materials, the flow of colors, landscaping, surface textures, and the vision of what you want your space to look and feel. We’ll give you our expert take plus our best tips and recommendations to help make your vision even better and more beautiful.
Every custom swimming pool, spa, or water feature we build is one of a kind because it’s based on each client’s unique needs, the home architecture, and the landscape. Go big or go small, we do it all. Fancy a disappearing edge or lap pool, perhaps? We make water environments that rejuvenate the spirit, offer healthful recreation, and reflect your personality. Blue Water ensures you make great memories with family and friends in style.

Yes, we’re proud. Blue Water has been winning awards as the best swimming pool builder for almost as long as we’ve been in business. But we never start a project intending to impress judges at some publication. We’re completely focused on our customers – the only judges we care about. The awards we receive are simple reminders that our passion, skill, and focus on serving our clients are what helped us become a premier builder in the swimming pool industry.
At Blue Water, we always go for the “Wow factor.” Each project is meticulously planned and built to satisfy even the most discerning eyes. But don’t take our word for it, take it from some of the best and most distinguished organizations and publications in the industry:

The PHTA was formed in 2019 through the merger of The Association of Pool & Spa Professionals and The National Swimming Pool Foundation. Both organizations aim to make swimming safe, healthy, and fun, so the merger was a logical improvement.
PHTA is the world’s largest association representing swimming pool, hot tub, and spa manufacturers, distributors, manufacturers’ agents, designers, builders, installers, supplier, retailers, and service professionals. PHTA offers pool and hot tub education and certification programs, provides valuable membership benefits, develops trusted industry standards, and advocates for critical legislation.
PHTA members adhere to a code of ethics in business and technical practices and share a strong commitment to the safe, healthful, and enjoyable use of industry products.
